Q: What is MyMusicStore Philippines?
A: MyMusicStore Philippines is the Philippines’ biggest online music portal where you can buy and download high-quality songs and albums from both local and international artists at very affordable prices. The songs are in MP3 format and can be played on your computer, laptop, and music players?

Q: How much do the songs and albums cost?
A: The songs are available for as low as P20 to P35 per song. Albums are available for as low as P150 to P400 per album.

Q: Do I need to have an account to download songs from MyMusicStore Philippines?
A: Yes. You need to be logged in to your account to download songs. If you do not have one yet, register at the Login page. Registration for an account is EASY and FREE.

Q: How do I purchase and download songs from MyMusicStore Philippines?
A: First, login to your MyMusicStore account by typing your username and password. If you are a first-time user, register for an account on the Login page. Registration for an account is easy and free.

To select songs, simply type the song title or the artist name in the search bar. You can also browse the site by genre, by artist, by songs, or albums.

To purchase songs and albums, you must first load some credit to your wallet. You can do this by clicking on the “My Wallet” button at the upper-right part of the screen, beside your name. Choose how to load your wallet using a Paypal account, credit card, Smart load, or electronic pins.

When you have enough credits in your account, you can now purchase by simply clicking “Download” on the song or album icon.

Q: After paying for the songs, how do I download?
A: Proceed to your MyCollection page to see list of songs your purchased. Click the download button. Your mp3 will be saved in your default downloads folder in your computer.

Q: How do I look for the songs that I like?
A: Simply type the name of the song, artist, or album that you want to download on the search engine! You can also browse the database by clicking on the Albums, Artists, Songs or Genres tab at the top of the site. You might also want to check out the home page for New Singles, OPM Hits, and the Top Albums and Charts, or take a look at our recommendations!

Q: What if I can’t find the song that I like?
A: We on MyMusicStore are devoted to giving you the songs you want to listen to! Drop us a line immediately by clicking on the Feedback or Contact Us buttons and tell us the songs you want to hear.

Q: Can I listen to a song before deciding to download it?
A: Yes! Simply click on the Play button beside the sing and you can listen to a 10 to 15-second preview of the song. You need to have QuickTime or Windows Media Player, which are enabled on most browsers, to hear these previews.

Q: What are my payment options for the songs I purchase in MyMusicStore?
A: All payment in the store are made using the MyMusicStore wallet. You can load your wallet using mobile phone load (currently available for SMART subscribers only), PayPal, credit card or electronic pins from Load Central outlets.

Q: What is the MyMusicStore Wallet?
A: MyMusicWallet is an online wallet that allows users to purchase songs through e-load or Smart mobile load bought beforehand. Your wallet balance is immediately subtracted when songs are purchased with MyMusicWallet credits. This means you can keep buying songs without having to enter your information over and over again!

Q: Are there any extra charges when I pay with my mobile phone or credit card?
A: There are no extra charges when you pay with your credit card, Paypal account or MyMusic Wallet.
When you pay with your SMART mobile number, you will be charged a P1.00 transaction fee.

Q: How do I avail of MyMusicWallet?
A: You automatically have a MyMusicWallet as soon as you sign up for membership.

Q: How do I load credits into MyMusicWallet?
A: Go to the “My Wallet” page by clicking on the “My Wallet” button on the upper-right part of the page and beside your name.

There are several options how to load your wallet: Paypal, credit card, electronic pins, or Smart mobile load.

To load via Paypal and credit card, click on the denomination you want to load your wallet and purchase the credits. You will be redirected to the Paypal site to ensure the security of your transaction.

To load using electronic pins, you can visit a Load Central retailer and request for the MyMusicStore e-load in your desired denomination. You will get either an SMS or a printout that contains your card number and PIN. Enter these details in the page where you can load your wallet using electronic pins.

To load using your Smart mobile load, just enter your mobile number and you will be sent a PIN that you can enter in the website to load your wallet.

Q: Do my wallet credits expire?
A: They do one year after purchase. That should give you enough time to buy all the songs you want!

Q: How do you use the search bar?
A: Type in the name of the artist, song, or album in the search bar. Be careful not to misspell! Also, fewer words in a search generates more search results; this is useful if you are browsing for songs and albums whose titles you are not sure of!

Q: How do you play the songs?
A: You can preview the songs by clicking the Play button beside the song.

Q: When will you have an Android app?
A: We are currently at work to provide you with an Android app for MyMusicStore!

Q: Can I use this site using Apple products?
A: The MP3s downloaded from here can be loaded in iTunes. Just sync your purchased files using iTunes from your PC, laptop or Macbook to your Apple handheld gadgets. Unfortunately though, you cannot use your Apple handhelds (iPad, iPod, iPhone) to download the MP3s—at least not yet!
